Professional Experience
Dante Machado joined the Firm in 2022 and integrates the IP Tech team, with focus on intellectual property, technology, data protection and cybersecurity. He has a wide breadth of experience in strategic consulting on issues related to trademarks, copyright, social media, data protection advisory and cybersecurity incidents.
Academic Background
He graduated from the University of São Paulo (USP) with a degree in Law and is currently pursuing a specialization degree in Intellectual Property and Innovation at the Getulio Vargas Foundation (FGV).
Publications
Author of several articles, such as the chapter “A publicidade, o direito e as redes sociais”, from the book “Social Media Law: O Direito nas Redes Sociais” (coauthor).
