Professional Experience
Eduarda Sordi Pinheiro Machado joined the office in 2019 and became an associate of the Transactional practice group, with specific expertise in the areas of corporate law, M&A and contracts. Eduarda has experience in providing legal advice to local and foreign companies, including in national and multi-jurisdictional commercial and corporate transactions, corporate reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, drafting and negotiating commercial, corporate and real estate contracts, as well as day-to-day corporate practices. She advises companies from different sectors, with special experience in technology, agribusiness, food and industries in general.
Academic Background
She holds a law degree from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul and has completed additional training in International Business Law at several foreign universities, such as the Lund University, in Sweden, the Franz Von Lizt Institut of the University of Giessen, in Germany, and the Bucerius Law School., also in Germany. She is currently an L.L.M candidate in Business Law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
