Professional Experience
Jane Yang joined the Firm in 2020. She is an associate in Corporate Law, M&A, Capital Markets and Contracts Practice Group. She has experience in corporate governance matters, reorganization and restructuring of companies; commercial contracts in general, corporate and regulatory consultancy for asset managers, investment funds, fintechs, family offices and non-profit entities (pro-bono); and consultancy for foreign investment in Brazil and abroad, including organization of investment vehicles and estate and succession planning in Brazil and abroad. She was also an advisor to boards of directors of close corporations.
Academic Background
She graduated from Mackenzie Presbyterian University with a degree in law and from Catholic Pontifical University (PUCSP) with postgraduate in Constitutional Law, and also holds a postgraduate in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
Languages
Fluent in mandarin and advanced English.
