Jonathan Palhares joined the Firm in 2021. He integrates the Intellectual property practice group, with focus on litigation. Jonathan Palhares has a wide breadth of experience in procedural strategies in judicial demands and in administrative litigation.
He graduated from UniCEUB - Centro Universitário de Brasília with a degree in law and from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - FGV with Intellectual Property and New Technologies.
Author/co-author of several books/articles, such as " Remoção de conteúdo da internet sem indicação de URL: perspectivas sobre o art. 19, §1º, do MCI", written in co-participation with João Paulo Capelotti, which was published by Thomson Reuters, in the book Direito, Processo e Tecnologia, coordinated by Erik Navarro Wolkart, Francisco de Mesquita Laux, Giovani dos Santos Ravagnani and Paulo Henrique dos Santos Lucon.
