Júlia Caselli Martins joined the Firm in 2017. She integrates the white collar crime practice group, with focus on the defense of companies, shareholders and directors in police investigations, criminal proceedings, administrative proceedings related to tax evasion cases, environmental crimes, crimes against the consumer, antitrust, corruption, trademark and patent infringement, competition disloyalty, money laundering, foreign exchange evasion, crimes against public health, among other crimes provided for in special legislation.
She graduated from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo with a degree in Law and she is a postgraduate student in Criminal Law and Procedural Criminal Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
