Lisa Wallis is a Canadian lawyer and joined the firm in March 2017 as a knowledge lawyer helping lawyers use best practice legal innovation and artificial intelligence solutions to deliver high-quality, cost-effective legal services to clients. She also provides multijurisdictional project management for cross-border corporate, M&A and tax transactions, and is skilled in negotiating and managing complex projects. Prior to joining Trench Rossi Watanabe in Brazil, Lisa worked as a foreign legal consultant at Ablfs McKfnzif Bangkok (2013-2014) in the dispute resolution practice group advising on international matters. Originally, Lisa’s principal practice area was corporate law and securities with international law firms in Brazil and she has worked on some of Brazil’s leading capital markets transactions representing both the issuers of securities and their underwriters in Brazil.
