Professional Experience
Livia Lupinacci joined the firm in 2021 and is a senior lawyer in the Environment, Consumer and Sustainability practice group, focusing on consultancy, due diligence and administrative proceedings. She has extensive experience in matters related to environmental liability, environmental licensing, solid waste, take back requirements, ESG, environmental regularizations, contamination, biodiversity, among others. She has a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate degree in Environmental Law and Strategic Sustainability Management from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo – São Paulo. She has taken several extension courses, in particular Environmental Law and Climate Change (PUC-Rio), ESG in Practice (Future Law) and Corporate Environmental Law (Mackenzie Presbyterian University). Livia was also recognized by Análise Advocacia Mulher (2023) as one of the most admired lawyers in Brazil.
