Marco Antônio Ferreira Coelho Filho joined the firm in 2018. Marco is a lawyer specialized in tax law with focus on tax planning in merger and acquisitions operations, capital market operations and investment funds. He works with tax advisory of direct taxes. His field of knowledge includes tax planning of corporate restructuring, wealth planning and tax aspects of merger and acquisitions and capital market operations.
He graduated from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais – UFMG with a degree in law and from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais – PUC Minas with a degree in accounting and is also currently attending the masters course in tax law at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
