Professional Experience
Tamiris Bessoni Miranda joined the Firm in 2021. She integrates the Public Law practice group, with focus on public law, regulatory and infrastructure, with an emphasis on administrative and judicial demands involving various sectors, such as port logistics, bidding, contracts, administrative improbity and appeals before all Courts of the Judiciary, Administrative Council of Tax Appeals and Courts of Auditors.
Academic Background
She graduated from Centro Universitario de Brasília (UniCEUB) with a degree in Law and an ongoing specialization in Administrative Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC/Minas).

Representative matters and clients
– Representation of the Board of Trustees of Attorneys’ Fees at the Supreme Federal Court and the Federal Audit Court ensuring the constitutionality of the provisions of Law N. 13.327/2016 that guarantee and operationalize the right to the perception of attorney fees to more than 12 thousand public lawyers active and inactive federal agencies.
