Anna Beatriz Souza joined the firm in 2019 and became a lawyer in 2023. She is part of the Intellectual Property and Information Technology group, focusing on trademarks.

It provides strategic advice on trademark registration and availability in Brazil, as well as representing clients in trademark administrative proceedings before the INPI. It also provides legal support in rights enforcement cases, including in the context of deceptive practices, unfair competition and domain name disputes.

In addition, has experience with data protection, privacy cybersecurity,, intellectual property, commercial promotions , contracts, LGPD compliance projects and data security incidents.

Academic background

She has a law degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and a postgraduate degree in Digital Law from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation.
