Camila Jaciara Silva has been part of the Capital Markets group since 2021 and joined the firm in 2024 in the Capital Markets/Corporate group. She is focused in the transactional practice, specializing in corporate governance, due diligence, public offerings, management, and drafting of corporate acts. Camila also has expertise in regulatory matters within the scope of administrative sanctioning law, covering investigations of publicly and privately held companies regulated by the CVM, related to possible insider trading, fraud in public share offerings (OPA), trading of shares during prohibited periods, fraud by administrators in general meetings, fraud involving multiple votes and fraud involving the violation of preferred shareholders’ rights. Camila is also experienced in analyze corporate transactions of regulated companies, including mergers, related party transactions, capital increases, and matters related to stock splits and risk‑based supervision (SBR) processes and processes involving the interruption of general meetings.

She graduated from UNESA in Rio de Janeiro with a degree in law.
Awards and Recognitions
Camila played a significant role in the sanctioning process of a publicly traded corporation involved in a case of labor analogous to slavery, during her time working in regulatory matters. This case gained substantial media notoriety and brought her prestige.
