Professional Experience
Marcelo joined the Firm in 2025, working as a lawyer in the Antitrust and International Trade practice. Marcelo has extensive experience in merger cases and administrative proceedings before Cade. He has also advised clients in corporate investigations and consultancy on matters related to competition law, including litigation in the judicial sphere.
Academic Background
He holds a degree in Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo and attended the Public Training School of the Brazilian Society of Public Law. He is currently studying for a Professional Master’s Degree in Business Law at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation in São Paulo.
