Professional Experience
Thaís Santos Rodrigues joined the Firm in 2025 and is an associate in the Litigation practice group. She acts in high-complexity legal proceedings before both lower and higher courts, with a focus on contractual disputes, civil liability and civil procedural law.
Academic Background
She graduated from Universidade Católica de Brasília with a degree in Law. She is currently pursuing graduate studies in Civil Law and Civil Procedure at Fundação Escola Superior do Ministério Público and in Business Law at Fundação Getulio Vargas.
Activities outside the office
She develops academic activities as a researcher in the Political and Constitutional Studies Research Group (CEPEC), at the Catholic University of Brasília (UCB). She is also a member of the Constitutional Law Committee and a judge at the 8th Panel of the Ethics and Disciplinary Tribunal of the Brazilian Bar Association – Federal District Chapter (OAB/DF).
