Diversity and Inclusion

Trench Rossi Watanabe is considered one of the most prestigious law firms in Brazil, in addition to being recognized inside and outside the legal market for its strong commitment to social change. We are committed to corporate social responsibility and support causes that are important to us, such as the promotion of social mobility, but also the responsible impact on our entire network.

Our Social Responsibility Committee was established more than 10 years ago, and through it we develop pro bono work and actions aimed at diversity, equality, inclusion, social mobility, volunteering and sustainability, on top of our support for socio-cultural projects.

We work with non-governmental organizations and clients to maximize the impact and reach of our actions. We believe that participation in this movement is key to building a better future.

We are proud of the many awards we have received, such as the Pro Bono Leading Lights seal from Latin Lawyer, one of the most important legal publications in Latin America, for the solidity of our actions, the organization of our Pro Bono Committee, and the impact we make in society. We also have numerous other awards listed on our page dedicated to Move, our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Program.
