We are signatories to the LGBT Forum on Business and Rights, and we are the first Brazilian law firm to take a stand on the topic.

For three years in a row, we supported the Community Equal Marriage campaign, organized by the city of São Paulo.

We participated in the Rectification of Names Joint Effort campaign organized by Casa 1 and the São Paulo City Hall.

We signed a partnership with TransEmpregos — a hiring project specific for transgender people — resulting in transgender professionals’ employment. We promote periodic awareness and discussion actions on the topic through our LGBTQIA+ Affinity Group.
