Wage Transparency Report – extension of publication deadline and new version for the second half of 2025

In brief

On September 30, 2025, the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) announced an extension of the deadline for publishing the 4th Salary Transparency and Remuneration Criteria Report.

Due to inconsistencies, DATAPREV will carry out a new processing of the Wage Transparency Reports, and the updated versions are expected to be available to companies on the “Portal Emprega Brasil” by October 7.

Following this new release, companies will have until October 15 to publish the updated reports, as required by Law No. 14.611/2023 (Equal Pay Law).

Recommended actions

Even companies that have already published the previous version of the Wage Transparency Report are advised to monitor the release of the updated version and, if necessary, proceed with a new publication.

Additionally, it is recommended that companies update the proof of publication using an image or active link — this is a new requirement introduced in this cycle to facilitate oversight by the MTE.
