Participation in several relevant projects involving acquisition or sale of companies or commercial / industrial businesses and related assets, including the preparation and negotiation of related transaction agreements.
Large experience in advising clients in acquisition and joint venture operations involving the most variable areas of industry and/or business, such as (i) agribusiness, (ii) chemicals, (iii) independent tank storage (liquid and dry bulk) port terminals, (iv) transportation and logistics services, (v) food, and (vi) ICT.
In the agribusiness sector, Mr. Gallo has been helping to structure M&A transactions for several clients, such as commodities trading companies, soybean oil processing industries, meat packing plants, agricultural production companies, and sugar and biofuel (sugarcane or corn) mills (either operating facilities or greenfield projects), and forestry and agri companies and businesses in general.

Born in Piracicaba, State of Sao Paulo, on August 18, 1968. Graduated in 1991 from the Universidade Católica de Santos Law School. Master degree in Comparative Law (LL.M.), in 1994, from the University of Miami School of Law. Specialization - "latu sensu" - in Corporation Law in 1998 from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP). Joined the Firm in May of 1998.
