Professional Experience
Bruno von Dreifus joined the Firm as an associate in 2010 and became partner in 2020. He integrates the Transactional practice group, with focus in the securities market, M&A and corporate law. Has a wide breadth of experience in transactions involving both listed and non-listed corporations, including acquisitions, joint venture, restructuring, due diligence, purchase and sale of assets, public offers, among others. Experienced in representing clients engaged in the following sectors: technology, commerce, energy, services, fertilizers and mining, among others.
