Professional Experience
Carlos Henrique Terranova joined the Firm in 2011. He integrates the Labor and Employment practice group, with focus on Consultancy and Transactions. Mr. Carlos Henrique Terranova has a wide breadth of experience in the individual and collective legal claims, consultations on the hiring and termination of Directors/Officers, collective dismissals and other crisis scenarios, as well as experience in collective bargaining agreements with unions, drafting collective agreements, merger and acquisition transaction agreements from a labor perspective including transfer of workforce.
Academic Background
He graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a degree in Law and from Escola Paulista de Direito with Labor Legislation and Litigation Specialization.

Mr. Carlos Henrique Terranova also acts as Professor at the MBA in Human Resources at Centro Universitário Adventista de São Paulo Hortolândia.
