Caroline Strehler joined the firm in 2016. She acts in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Contracts and Capital Markets, assisting clients with operations involving public and private companies, with the preparation of corporate documents, corporate reorganizations, shareholder agreements, legal audit reports, negotiation of contracts involving transactions for the purchase and sale of equity interest and / or assets, joint ventures, among others. Advises clients in several markets, including in the technology, commerce, communication, pharmaceutical, food, chemical and service industries, among others.
