Daniele Resende joined the Firm in 2011. Currently, she is a partner of the Transactional group, having a wide breadth of experience in corporate reorganization and corporate transactions.

Daniele has been recognized for her work in Corporate and M&A transactions by the main legal directories such as LACCA – Latin American Corporate Counsel Association in 2019/2020, 2021/2022 and 2023/2024.
Academic Background
She graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in December 2011 with a degree in law. She also holds a master’s degree in Corporate Law from Insper – Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa in December 2015, and specialization in Merger & Acquisitions from FGV – Fundaçao Getulio Vargas in June 2017.
