Professional Experience
Eduardo Herszkowicz is the head of Trench Rossi Watanabe’s Investment Funds, Securitization and Asset Management practice area. He became partner at the office in 2023.
Eduardo has extensive experience in fund formation and securitization structures. He represents domestic and foreign financial institutions, private equity funds, asset managers, and issuers in general in structuring and implementing public offerings and private issuances of shares of real estate funds, receivables funds, private equity funds, agribusiness funds, mortgage and agribusiness-backed certificates, among other types of securities.
Admitted to the Brazilian Bar since 1999 and the New York Bar since 2001.
Work abroad
He was an international associate at Arnold & Porter, a major Washington DC law firm, between 2001 and 2002.
