Professional Experience
Felipe Barros de Queiroz Grillo joined the firm in 2024. He is part of the Transactional group, working with focus on Corporate Law, M&A and Capital Markets.
Felipe has experience in complex corporate transactions, having participated in public offerings, M&A transactions involving listed and privately-held companies, investment rounds and drafted share and/or asset purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements and other related contracts and transactional documents.
In addition, he has also advised publicly-held companies, portfolio managers and other entities before regulation and self-regulation bodies of the Brazilian Capital Markets, especially the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) and Brazilian Association of Financial and Capital Market Entities (ANBIMA).
Academic Background
He holds a degree in Law from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) and is currently studying for a Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA), at the COPPEAD UFRJ (RJ), expected to complete in 2025.
