Professional Experience
Fernanda Soares Bueloni joined the Firm in 2020 and integrates the Environmental practice group, with focus on Environmental Law, Climate Change and Urban Planning Law. She has a wide breadth of experience in matters related to environmental liabilities, environmental licensing, traditional communities and associated traditional knowledge, indigenous and tribal peoples, protected areas, especially when involving industrial activities, mining, electricity and agribusiness.
Academic Background
Graduated from Faculdades Metropolitanas Unidas (FMU) with a degree in Law and from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC) with a degree in Biology She also holds a master’s degree in Ecology from Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina (UFSC). Currently, she is a graduate student in Civil Procedure from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie.
