Professional Experience
Frederico joined the Firm in 2019. He is part of the Dispute Resolution and Arbitration group, working with a focus on domestic and international arbitrations. In particular, Frederico has experience in construction, energy market and Oil & Gas cases.
Work Abroad
Frederico has been working in international arbitrations seated in New York and London, taking part in hearings abroad.
Awards and Recognitions
In 2017, Frederico was awarded second best speaker in Latin America’s largest and most prestigious arbitration competition. In 2019, he won first place in the Prof. Albert H. Kritzer VII Contest, with a paper on the conformity of goods in international trade under CISG.

Frederico has a Law degree from Universidade Federal do Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS).

– Acting for a Brazilian automaker in an ICC arbitration, with seat in London, in a dispute with a commercial representative in Nigeria.
– Acting for an electrical equipment manufacturer in a construction arbitration regarding a Small Hydro Installation.
– Acting for an electrical equipment manufactured company in arbitration for the construction of a wind farm, in an BRL 800 million dispute.
– Acting for a software distribution company in an arbitration regarding the termination of an international distribution contract, in an R$ 80 million dispute.
