Professional Experience
Gabriel Valuche Clemente joined the firm in 2022. He is part of the Transactional group, working with focus on M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital and corporate transactions. Gabriel has extensive experience in operations of this type, having participated in several transactions in supporting the team, conducting due diligence processes, editing and reviewing purchase and sale documents, convertible loan agreements, shareholders’ agreements, call option plans and corporate documents.
Academic Background
He holds a degree in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and a specialization in Corporate Law from the Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
