Professional Experience
Guilherme Campos Fonseca joined the firm in 2019 and is an associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution group. He graduated in Law and a master’s degree in Law, State and Constitution from the Universidade de Brasília. He develops research related to Fundamental Rights and Theories of Argumentation and Rhetoric. He acts in various legal proceedings, with an emphasis on litigation, both in the ordinary and special and extraordinary courts. He acts in litigation involving contractual disputes, compensation consumer law, civil liability and civil procedural law.
