Gustavo Luiz Scudilio de Freitas joined the Firm in 2019 as a trainee. He integrates the Transactional practice group, having broad experience in corporate operations and corporate reorganizations, both on complex deals and also on day-to-day activities, which include bylaws, minutes, corporate books, powers of attorney, due diligence reports, coordinating corporate registrations and negotiating M&A agreements for the purchase and sale of ownership interests and shareholders’ agreements.
He also holds extensive know-how on commercial contracts, providing specialized advice on contracts concerning manufacturing, supply, service, management, agency, reselling, distribution, promotion & marketing, sponsorship, storage, logistics and general inter-companies deals.
Gustavo has vast knowledge in real estate transactions involving commercial, industrial, and rural leases, built-to-suits, land development and infrastructure projects.
Academic Background
Gustavo and has a law degree from the State University of São Paulo (USP) and is undergoing specialization on corporate law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV).
