Professional experience
Gustavo Luiz Scudilio de Freitas joined the Firm in 2019. He integrates the Transactional practice group, assisting clients with drafting corporate documents, corporate reorganizations, shareholders’ agreements, due diligence reports, and negotiating agreements for the purchase and sale of ownership interests in assets including commercial contracts for distribution, manufacturing, and services; and contractual experience in real estate transactions involving commercial, industrial, and rural leases.
