Marcel Fracarolli Nunes joined the Firm in 2007 and became a partner in 2022. He integrates the Transactional practice group. Marcel has a wide breadth of experience in the legal advice to foreign and local companies and developers with a variety of complex and day-by-day contractual and real estate transactions, mainly construction, commercial and industrial leases, rural development, retail, hospitality and major infrastructure projects; including also supply chain agreements as manufacturing, supply, distribution, agency, purchase and sale, services agreements and guarantees.
Academic Background
He graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie with a degree in law and from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo as a Specialist in Contractual Law, and also attended the extension program focused on the Legal Aspects of Capital Markets at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
