Professional Experience

Maria Clara Lôbo Junqueira de Andrade has been an associate in the Civil Litigation group since 2025.

She has experience in highly complex litigation, especially involving family and inheritance law. She also provides pre-litigation, advisory, and consensual consulting services to prevent and avoid litigation, assists in asset analysis, and provides advice on measures and strategies to be adopted for the implementation of asset and inheritance planning.

Academic Background

• Graduated from the Mackenzie Presbyterian University Law School (2019), she completed part of her undergraduate studies at the University of Bologna, Italy (2017), and has participated in several extension courses on family and inheritance law and asset and inheritance planning.
• Master’s degree in Procedural Law from the University of São Paulo, Largo do São Francisco (2025).

Academic Activities / Lectures

• In addition, in October 2025, Maria Clara gave a lecture to the study group on “Arbitration in Family and Succession Law” at CBar (Brazilian Arbitration Committee), to discuss the topic “the use of arbitration in the division of assets in the context of family and succession law.”
• Additionally, in April 2026, Maria Clara delivered a lecture to the OAB/RJ Mentorship Group on the topic “The Use of Arbitration in the Division of Assets in the Context of Family and Succession Law.
