Professional Experience
Mayara Mendes Lourenço joined the Firm in 2023. She integrates the Transactional practice group, with focus on Investment Funds, Securitization and Asset Management. Mayara has a wide breadth of experience in public offerings, real estate finance transactions, structured investment funds formation, securitization, and debt reestructuring, representing many local and international market participants or investors, such as investment funds administrators and managers, companies, cooperative banks and lead underwriters. Her experience also includes representing such participants in punitive and non-punitive administrative proceedings before the Brazilian Securities Regulator (CVM) and self-regulatory agencies.
Academic Background
She graduated from Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF) with a degree in law and also holds a LL.M degree in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV-RJ).
