Michelle Kuan joined the Firm in 2022. She integrates the tax practice and has a wide breadth of experience in tax planning in the various types of corporate reorganization, both between companies in Brazil and abroad; tax legal assistance for investments made abroad; structuring of business and national and international operations in various segments such as Oil and Gas, Energy, Technology, Automotive, Wholesale and Retail.
Academic Background
She graduated from Pontífícia Universidade Católica (PUC-Rio) with a degree in law and from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC) with LLM in Tax Law and Tax Accounting.
