Silvia Furtado da Costa joined the Firm in 2023 and integrates EMI Public Law and Oil & Gas practice group with focus on the Oil & Gas area.
Silvia has extensive experience in Regulatory, Corporate and Contractual Law, and specializes in assisting oil companies and service providers in a wide range of regulatory and transactional issues involved in the oil and gas sector.
Academic Background
She graduated from Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais (IBMEC) with a degree in law and from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio) with a postgraduation in Contract Law.
