Professional Experience
Carolina Zelinski Fay joined the Firm in 2021 as an associate. She integrates Compensation and Labor & Employment practice groups. Carolina has a wide breadth of experience in the strategical lawsuits, individual claims and class actions, and is also responsible for drafting collective agreements and employment agreements. Carolina also has experience in legal advice for companies, HR and employers in general, focusing on risk management and risk prevention guidance involving labor and contractual matters.
Academic Background
She graduated from Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul with a degree in Law, holds a master’s degree in Procedural Law from the same institution, and is currently specializing in Corporate Law (Fundação Getúlio Vargas) and in Contract Law and Business Management (PUC-Minas).
Awards and recognition
Carolina graduated with summa cum laude in 2018 and received a merit scholarship for her graduation in 2014.
