Emanuela Falchette Angeloni joined the Firm in 2022. She is a senior lawyer in the transactional area, with focus on corporate law and regulatory matters related to publicly-held companies. Emanuela also has a wide breadth of experience in administrative proceedings brought by the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão de Valores Mobiliários – CVM), the Central Bank of Brazil (Banco Central do Brasil – BCB) and BSM Supervisão de Mercados (which is responsible for providing the self-regulatory service to the Brazilian stock exchange).
Academic Background
She graduated from Universidade de São Paulo – USP with a degree in law. She also holds a specialization in Corporate Law and Capital Markets from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV and is currently studing for a master’s degree in Business Law at the Fundação Getúlio Vargas – FGV.
