Trench Rossi Watanabe is recognized again by the Women in Leadership Award

It is with great joy that we announce that, once again, we are winners of the Women in Leadership Award given by Ipsos and the NGO Women in Leadership in LatinAmerica (WILL), in partnership with the newspapers Valor Econômico and O Globo, and the magazines Época Negócios and Marie Claire.

The award recognizes companies with the best practices, policies and processes in promoting female leadership. In this year’s edition, we were fourth in the national ranking of companies with the highest gender equity, and first among companies in the legal segment.

This recognition is the result of our constant work toward gender equity and our commitment to diversity and inclusion.
