Brazil: Deadline to register the Quarterly Declaration before Central Bank of Brazil (SCE-IED)

A reminder that due to the New Exchange Regulation only companies that receive foreign investments with total assets equal to or greater than R$ 300,000,000.00 (three hundred million reais) must comply with the Declaration of Economic and Financial Information by submitting their financial data, until the end of March, related to the base date of December 31, 2022, to the Brazilian Central Bank System, according to Law No. 14,286, of December 29, 2021 and Resolution No. 278, of December 31, 2022.
