We also develop strategies aimed at preventing conflicts and reducing judicial involvement and stimulate the use of online platforms to contact consumers and resolve conflicts, the Online Dispute Resolutions (ODR). We create solutions and platforms tailored to the needs of each one of our clients, together with Baker McKenzie Innovation Committee, a firm with which we have executed a strategic cooperation agreement.
