The Consumer Law group was created over 30 years ago by Kazuo Watanabe, Esq., who had an active role in the drafting of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code and the Law on Public-Interest Civil Actions, as well as in several initiatives to broaden access to a fair legal system.
