We present the new partners: Andrews França and Daniele Resende
We are pleased to announce the promotion of two of our lawyers to the firm’s partnership, effective 1 July.
Daniele Resende, from the Transactional group, and Andrews França, from the Public Law and Higher Courts groups, become partners after careers marked by technical excellence, dedication and strategic contributions to their respective areas of expertise.
Simone Dias Musa, managing partner at Trench Rossi Watanabe, commented: “This year’s promotions reflect our ongoing commitment to valuing internal talent and strengthening key areas aligned with the firm’s growth strategy. Daniele’s appointment reinforces the consistent expansion of the Transactional group, which has grown significantly in recent years through team development, lateral partner hires, and the cultivation of homegrown professionals. Andrews’ addition to the partnership aligns with our continued investment in the Brasília office, focusing on consolidating the Higher Courts group. These moves reaffirm our commitment to quality and to meeting our clients’ needs.”
With extensive experience in corporate restructuring projects, Daniele Resende highlights the importance of her journey at the firm and the value of diversity in the professional environment: “Every phase of my journey at Trench Rossi has been essential. I’ve had the privilege of working in an environment that is rich in diverse perspectives and styles, which enhances our deliverables and relationships. Now, as a partner, I want to give back by bringing even more energy and creativity to helping our clients navigate a complex and dynamic business world.”
Andrews França, known for handling complex litigation before higher courts and oversight bodies, emphasizes the collective role of the firm in building a strong practice in Brasília: “I found my purpose at Trench Rossi Watanabe. What motivates me most is teamwork and the opportunity to work on sophisticated cases involving multiple disciplines. As a partner, my goal is to further strengthen our institutional presence, deepen engagement with the courts, and uphold a culture of technical excellence and continuous development.”
