Trench Rossi Watanabe announces six new partners

Bruno Duarte, Evaristo Lucena, Felipe Zaltman, Marcel Fracarolli Nunes, Silvia Bernardino and Telirio Saraiva will now take part in the Firm’s partnership.

Evaristo Lucena, Marcel Fracarolli Nunes and Silvia Bernardino will integrate the Corporate & Finance practice board. They are focused on, respectively, capital markets, the contracts and real estate sector, and mergers and acquisitions. Telirio Saraiva will strengthen the partners’ team in the tax area. Felipe Zaltman will be the new partner for technology and intellectual property, and Bruno Duarte will join the partner´s team of Public Law, Regulatory and Infrastructure group. All of them were already senior associates of the Firm.

“The nominations are a result of the excellent work done by each and every one of these lawyers, which offer clients a strategic view within their areas. The new partners will play a relevant role in our structure, attending to new demands in a constantly updating market”, says Simone Dias Musa, partner and member of Trench Rossi Watanabe’s executive committee. “As a manager, it is always gratifying to follow the development of talents and to have a new leadership team that grew with our Firm”, she adds.

With the new promotions, the Firm has 52 lawyers on its partner board.
